Michelle Branch is aware she’s pregnant when… she’s got a craving for scones.
The 38-12 months-old singer/songwriter exposed Sunday on Instagram that she and her spouse, drummer for The Black Keys, Patrick Carney are expecting their 2nd little one with each other.
“You know you’re pregnant when…” Branch captioned her social media write-up. “Woke up to a photograph my buddy Sonya sent of scones she was feeding on in England and I promptly experienced to hop out of bed and make a batch myself. @officerpatrickcarney was my hero (as regular) and went to the market place in look for of double cream.”
Department wrote she “couldn’t be more enthusiastic” to “announce toddler Carney is coming early 2022!” but included she’s also anxious.
“Hi there, pregnancy right after miscarriage any one?!” she ongoing, referring to a miscarriage she skilled in December.
At the time, Branch shared on social media a recap of her 2020, composing: “Just when we ended up rounding third and heading dwelling (A baseball metaphor?! But she finished her caption on an optimistic note. “These persons, my precious relatives, my partner, sister and little ones have been the MVP’s. I couldn’t envision shelling out a year isolated with any individual else. Content Christmas, every person xx.”

Department and Carney, married in April 2019 at Marigny Opera Property in New Orleans soon after starting to be engaged in 2017. The couple fulfilled in 2015 at a Grammy Awards bash in Los Angeles.
The couple share son, Rhys, 2. Branch is also mom to Owen, 16, whom she shares with her ex-husband, bassist Teddy Landau.
Carney was earlier married to Emily Ward and Denise Grollmus.
