Dan Pelosi’s signature tagline “I live in this article now” could not be a lot more fitting for his new gig. Dan—aka GrossyPelosi—is becoming a member of Foods52 as a Resident and video host of his new sequence, “The Mystery Sauce.” You may perhaps know Dan for his well-known vodka sauce (regarded lovingly by GrossyPelosi supporters as ‘The Sawce’, his skilled flavor and eye for structure (see his curated Grossery List), or from his pleasant and delicious Instagram existence @GrossyPelosi. The recipe comes from Suzanne’s mom, and was a staple on her childhood desk. Her vintage meatloaf arrives together with a mix of the two raw and cooked vegetables, ground pork and beef, and breadcrumbs. But, the best part about generating this meatloaf are the sandwiches the up coming working day. Suzanne slathers her meatloaf in ketchup which caramelizes in the oven and locks in dampness, earning it the excellent contender for leftovers.
