Four unique food businesses launched during the pandemic and more

About the weekend I go through the 1st novel I have encountered that included the early times of the pandemic in its plot.

It took me back to the time in which we started putting out the D&C from our respective dwelling places of work — which was just unfathomable at the time. When I was not operating, I put in a large amount of time doom scrolling on my cell phone and zoning out on Netflix.

• Kim Roth, Rochester’s individual actuality Tv chef, went from acquiring dropped two jobs to serving her imaginative sushi in a tiny food items trailer termed the Back Alley Grill.

• Dave McDonald experienced to close his dream cafe, and subsequently released a business enterprise named Dope Munchie Crew, which would make chewy, massive, sweet-and-salty cookies.
