The Kasabi Japanese Steak & Sushi foodstuff truck opened Monday (Aug. 30) and is stationed at 301 S. Adams St.
“We provide sushi and we make selfmade sauce,” explained Rizky Handana, owner and manager of the enterprise. “We also have (hibachi) steak, shrimp, chicken, also scallops. We have crab rangoon.”

“We have bubble tea,” he said. “That’s tea made with tapioca, milk and fruit flavors. It is like a shake.”
Handana, 35, who recently moved to Festus, reported the food truck on South Adams Avenue is his third restaurant.
“We also are in Warrenton and in Charleston, Ill.,” he mentioned.
Handana claimed Festus appeared like a key locale for a Japanese eatery.
“I noticed there was no Japanese foods, in particular sushi,” he claimed. “And, there is a 12,000 inhabitants. We want to provide Festus our delicious foods.”
The foodstuff truck is stationary at the South Adams Avenue locale, Handana claimed.
