World meals theme for outside dining period at Dublin 8 distillery

Outside eating with a change launches at the Roe & Co distillery in Dublin 8 this summer months. D-8TE is a collaboration involving the distillery and 6 Dublin restaurants that will examine flavours from all over the environment, with dishes from each cafe paired with cocktails.

The collaborating dining establishments are Spitalfields, Pickle, Bahay, Nightmarket, Matsu Ramen and Lil Portie and every will have two four-working day residencies in the Cocktail Village at the distillery, involving June 10th and August 29th.

Spitalfields, the pub restaurant with a Bib Gourmand, will provide up a fashionable Irish picnic. Sunil Ghai’s Pickle cafe will convey a menu of regional Indian dishes. Richie Costello, who has progressed by way of the kitchens of Bastible and Clanbrassil Residence, will share the Filipino flavours of his Bahay pop-up. Thai cafe Nightmarket will also serve a regional menu reflecting proprietor Jutarat Suwankeeree’s time in both of those Chiang Mai and Hua Hin.
